About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from it. The site is run by Kveld, . By using it you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies.

Using the site

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to place orders you do not intend to honour,
• try to interfere with how it works, overload it, or get round anything that limits access to it,
• copy or scrape its content in bulk, or
• pretend to be someone else when you order, review or message us.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Our products

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and because our pieces are made by hand in limited runs, small variations between one piece and the next are part of their character rather than a fault. Measurements are approximate.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown in your order summary before you place the order, including any delivery charge.

Every order is checked against our current price list when it reaches us. If a price on the site was wrong, we will tell you before confirming the order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by email.

We may decline or cancel an order before confirming it - for example if an item has sold out, if there was a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have paid anything for an order we do not fulfil, we refund it in full.

Payment

We agree payment with you when we confirm your order, and send you the details ourselves.

We will never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or a one-time password, by any channel. If anyone claiming to be us does, do not share it, and please let us know.

Promo codes

One code per order. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined, and may have an end date or other conditions shown where they are offered. We can refuse a code that has been used in a way it was not meant to be.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and your own. They are shown publicly on the product page with the name you choose.

We publish reviews as they come in, good or bad. We only take one down if it is abusive, unlawful, clearly not about the product, or shares someone's personal details. By posting a review you allow us to show it on this site.

Our content

The designs, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be heard by the courts at . You also keep your right to approach the consumer commission where you live, or the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us. To escalate a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
