Where we deliver
We deliver to every PIN code in India that India Post serves. The checkout checks your PIN code as you type it and fills in the city and state, so you will know straight away if we cannot reach you.
We do not ship outside India at the moment.
What delivery costs
Delivery is currently free on every order.
If that ever changes, the charge is shown in your order summary before you place the order. You will never be asked to pay anything that was not on that summary.
When it leaves us
Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we pack it. Once it is confirmed we aim to hand it to India Post within 1-2 working days.
Our pieces are made in limited runs. If anything will take longer than that, we will tell you before it ships, not after - and you can cancel at no cost if the new date does not work for you.
Tracking your parcel
The day your parcel is dispatched we email you its India Post consignment number. It looks like EE123456789IN.
You can follow it on our Track order page with your order ID and mobile number, or directly on India Post. Tracking can take up to a day to show its first movement.
How long delivery takes
India Post usually delivers within 3-5 working days of dispatch. That is an estimate, not a guarantee: remote areas, public holidays, festival seasons and weather can all add time, and none of them are in our hands.
If your parcel has not moved for several days, tell us - we will raise it with India Post for you.
If nobody is home
India Post normally leaves a notice and holds the parcel at your local post office for a limited time before sending it back to us.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered we will get in touch. We are happy to send it again; if it came back because of an incomplete address or because it was not collected, we may ask you to cover the second postage.
If it arrives damaged
If the outer packaging looks opened or badly damaged, you can refuse the parcel, or accept it and film yourself opening it. Then let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it. See Returns & refunds for the details.
Changing the address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can change it any time before the parcel is dispatched - just message us with your order ID. Once it is with India Post we can no longer redirect it.
