When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1-2 working days of confirming your order, and India Post usually takes 3-5 working days after that. The tracking number is emailed the day it ships.
How do I pay?
We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp and agree payment then. We will never ask for your card number, UPI PIN or an OTP.
Can I change my address?
Yes, any time before your order is dispatched. Message us with your order ID and the new address.
How do returns work?
Unused pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we will put it right. Full returns policy.
Where is my tracking number?
It is emailed the day your parcel leaves us, and shows on the Track order page as soon as it exists.
