Who we are
This site is run by Kveld ("Kveld", "we", "us"), . Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here: we decide how it is used, and we are responsible for it.
What we collect

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of how you browse.
What stays on your device
To make the shop work, your browser keeps a few things in its own storage on your device: your bag, your wishlist, the products you viewed recently, the delivery details you typed at checkout (so you do not have to type them twice), and a copy of the order you just placed for its confirmation page.
None of that is sent to us unless you place an order, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Why we use it
- To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle any cancellation, return or refund.
- To contact you about your order - by email and, where you started the conversation, on WhatsApp.
- To invite you to review what you bought, once it has been delivered.
- To email you once when a product you asked about is back in stock.
- To answer a message you sent us.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the site, and to meet our legal obligations such as keeping tax and accounting records.
We never sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing unless you have asked for it.
Where it is stored
Our records are held in our Google account. Google may store and process that data on servers outside India, under its own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Orders - for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep sales records, and then deleted.
- Messages - for as long as it takes to resolve them, and deleted within two years.
- Restock requests - until we have emailed you, or you ask us to remove you.
- Reviews - for as long as they are shown, or until you ask us to take yours down.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
- correct, complete or update it,
- erase it - except where the law requires us to keep it, such as the record of an order,
- withdraw any consent you have given us, and
- hear and resolve a complaint about how we have handled your data.
You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to. Email from the address you used with us, and we will reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and our records can only be opened by the people who run the shop. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. A significant change will be made clear on the site before it takes effect.
